- The FIRST SESSION starts your day as Lyn presents traditional hatha yoga postures that vitalise your mind and body, increasing your energy and strength. Her signature style of Sunshine Yoga has a beautiful flow from one posture to another.
- The SECOND SESSION will assist you to unwind and relax your tired mind and body. You are soothed with breathing techniques, a flowing yoga routine and a guided relaxation.
- Both sessions quietly stretch your body, free your mind and soothe your emotions and soul. This leaves you with wonderful flexibility, tone and shape.
