It was at Stradbroke Island that Sunshine Yoga Retreats & Holidays began way back in 1999. It is 10 years since we have had a retreat at this beautiful island, only 1/2 hour from Brisbane. The venue is super, right beside the beach and the beautiful Main Beach. It was a very relaxing and uplifting 3 days with early morning energisation on the beach, yoga sessions during the day and lovely walks locally throughout the weekend.
