Sunshine Yoga & Health offers restorative style hatha yoga which assists with overall health and wellbeing. We include a little Qigong along with wonderful guided relaxations and meditation. Lyn’s classes have varied programs each week. Her specialty is the importance of breath awareness and specifically diaphraghmatic breathing which is included throughout the class of postures, movement and relaxation.
Sunshine Yoga is slow and focussed, embedded with tradition that brings body, mind, emotions and soul into balance. It is a beautiful thing to feel connected with one’s own being. You find this connection with our system of yoga. It is a gift we give to ourself – a treasured gift!
