    A 1-DAY YOGA & RELAXATION WORKSHOP
 
    Something quite remarkable changes on such a subtle level when we Stop and we Listen … that is, listen to our body and our heart, so our mind can take a backseat for a while!
    Sunshine Yoga & Health’s ‘Time Out’ Day is all about stopping, listening, slowing down and connecting with oneself. The Time Out Day is an opportunity to switch off your busy mind for a day, turn off your mobile phone for a day, totally emerge yourself in to the moment and experience peace, quiet and harmony ... for just one day! The effects of 'just one day' are amazing and extremely beneficial to one's entire being.
    Come and join us for a day of varied yoga practices: yoga routines, deep relaxation, meditation, guided imagery, qi gong, plus flowing release movements specially designed for softening tightness and pain. Sunshine Yoga's unique style increases flexibility and strength through slow and focussed postures and deep diaphragmatic breathing.
The workshop runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
