Sunshine Yoga and Health offers you a wonderful weekend at Vine & Branches Personal Growth Centre. It is ideally located in Lower Plenty, near Templestowe, only 35 minutes from Melbourne City or the airport.
Vine and Branches is a unique venue - a large house set on 5 acres of bush and farm land beside the Yarra River. It was gifted to the community when owner, Rae Cock passed away. She was a very special lady, a mother of 5, much loved Guide leader and school chaplain.
On retiring she opened her home (now Vine & Branches) for continued teaching and support in improving relationships. Her dream of making the world a richer place to live continues. A non-profit organisation run by a group of volunteers continues to offer personal development courses along with hiring the venue to other groups who offer similar inspiring courses.
There is a wonderful country atmosphere. It is a place of peace, reflection and renewal for people searching for meaning and a deeper understanding of their being.
The new yoga/meditation room is a beautiful addition - the outlook to the gum trees, dam and pastures is divine. It sits beside the banks of the Yarra River with lovely walks and space to be alone. A beautiful peaceful and relaxing environment, amidst fresh air, tranquility and a beautiful natural environment.
Sunshine Yoga retreats provide you with an expansive range of yoga and health practices. The group connection at these retreats allow for support, sharing and caring, inner healing, with awareness of body, mind, emotions and soul. It is your time to be nurtured... it is precious time out for you. You will take home with you a sense of calm, peace and connection with your beautiful being.
The Program
The yoga program commences after dinner on Friday evening with "getting to know each other" and a meditation before bed.
Lyn offers daily structured sessions of:

Accommodation
The retreat features twin-share rooms with the possibility of non-share, depending on the student numbers. Shared bathrooms and dining area. You are required to provide your own sheets, pillow slip and towel. The features are:

Meals
All meals are provided by Sunshine Yoga Catering. You will love the fresh, wholesome and tasty vegetarian meals, prepared and cooked on site. If you have any specific needs or preferences with your diet, please inform Sunshine Yoga prior to the retreat.

Small groups (up to 12 people) enhance the enjoyment and nourishment received and experienced on this special retreat.
A $200.00 deposit is required at the time of booking with full payment at least 4 weeks prior to retreat. Payments are non-refundable but are part transferable towards other purchases or bookings within 12 months, if Sunshine Yoga is advised at least 4 weeks prior to the retreat.
