Two 30-minute programs are offered here. The first session will kick-start your day with traditional yoga postures that revitalise your mind and body.

This increases your energy and strength so you are alert and active for your day's activities.

The second session will help you unwind at the end of your day as your tired mind and limbs are soothed with breathing techniques, yoga postures and a soothing guided relaxation.

Both sessions stretch your body, creating flexibility, strength, tone and shape.
