Sunshine Yoga & Health’s ‘Time Out’ Day is all about stopping, listening, slowing down and connecting with oneself. The Time Out Day is an opportunity to switch off your busy mind for a day, turn off your mobile phone for a day, totally emerge yourself in to the moment and experience peace, quiet and harmony.
