Sunshine Yoga & Health organises 2 to 3 Time Out Days throughout the year. It is such a rejuvenating day for recharging batteries, switching off and leaving responsibilities outside the door, nourishing oneself with a great program of yoga breathing, varied routines, meditation and wonderful guided relaxations. Energisation exercises and qi gong are included. Fresh-made, nutritious lunch is provided. This is a day for treating yourself to boosting your health and wellbeing.
